「奇妙的，奇异的，不平常的」。在新约中不指人。

一、指神，（但9:4 诗93:4 下）。

二、指与神有关的事物：他的名（诗8:1,9 ）；他的光，彼前2:9 ；他的作为（用阴性描述中性事物乃因译自希伯来文之故），太21:42 可12:11 （皆引自诗118:23 ）;神的作为，启15:3 。带μέγας，启15:1 。ἐν τούτῳ τὸ θαυμαστόν ἐστιν 可希奇的就在这一点了，约9:30 林后11:14 异版。*
