（為Ἰακώβ－SG2384的希臘拼法）「雅各」。

一、加利利漁夫西庇太的兒子，約翰的兄弟，十二使徒之一，在主後四十四年以前被希律亞基帕一世處死，太4:21 10:2 17:1 可1:19,29 3:17 5:37 9:2 10:35,41 13:3 14:33 路5:10 6:14 8:51 9:28,54 徒1:13 上; 徒12:2 。

二、亞勒腓的兒子雅各，亦為十二使徒之一：太10:3 可2:14 異版（見下六）; 可3:18 路6:15 徒1:13 下。這個雅各可能就是下一位：

三、馬利亞的兒子雅各：太27:56 可16:1 路24:10 ，在可15:40 中被稱為Ἰ. ὁ μικρός小雅各（見μικρός SG3398一A.B.）。

四、主的兄弟雅各，後期成為耶路撒冷的領袖，在早期被誤認為亞勒腓的兒子雅各，太13:55 可6:3 林前15:7 加1:19 2:9,12 徒12:17 15:13 21:18 。雅1:1 猶1:1 中的雅各必定是這位。

五、使徒猶大的父親雅各，只被路加提及，路6:16 上; 徒1:13 下。
