appears in the papyri. Both Matthew and Luke employ 	r(886d)atos
for eye, a perforation or hole from 	itra(935c), to bore. Mark's
word 	rumalias is from 	ru(935c), to wear away, to perforate. In
the LXX and Plutarch.
