{Thou must stand before Caesar} (Kaisari se dei
parast(886e)ai). Note the same dei (must) as in  23:11  when Jesus
appeared to Paul in Jerusalem and the same verb parast(886e)ai
(second aorist active infinitive) used in verse  23 . {Hath
granted thee} (kecharistai soi). Perfect middle indicative of
charizomai and that from charis, a gift or grace. The lives
of those that sailed with Paul God had spared as a gift
(charis) to Paul.
